We are open! The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Coco Key Water Resort will be reopening June 12 at 4 pm and will be open everyday from 9a.m. to 9 p.m.
We have taken on more frequent cleaning practices. Every surface that a guest can touch is sanitized every hour. Associates are wearing masks and going through a health check at the beginning of every shift. Every employee working will be wearing a green sticker that says they have been “green-lighted” to work.
We are unique because we are Omaha’s largest indoor water park and convention center, but that does not mean our staff do not care about our guests. We want to be able to show guests that it is okay to relax and enjoy themselves, and let their stress melt away for even a short time. We want them to let us handle the stress for them while they swim and enjoy their stay. We care about guest safety and security and keeping everyone healthy.
We have increased our sanitation procedures including emptying the park a few times a day to use a fogger sanitation machine throughout the facility. Our team is wearing PPE throughout their shift and have been trained on increased sanitation procedures and techniques.
Birthday parties and cabana rentals are on hold at the moment until restrictions are lifted further.
