To comply with restrictions and to maintain the safety of our patients, providers and staff we will:
– Screen you with medical questions when scheduling your appointment.
– Take your temperature when you arrive at the office. Staff temperatures are taken x3 a day in addition to our vigorous cleaning efforts.
– Ask that you wear a protective face mask/covering. Masks are required to be worn at all times while in the clinic.
– Air purifiers have been installed throughout the clinic and in each exam room.
– All visitors must practice social distancing whenever possible. We have added protective elements to our waiting areas and have limited our seating so that our patients feel more comfortable when visiting the office.
