We are open! Hours are 5am-7:45pm Mon-Tuh, 5am-5:15pm Friday, 7am-2:15pm Saturday and 7am-1:00pm Sunday.
Exercise is more important than ever right now! Do it in a place where you know you’re safe.
We are practicing social distancing throughout the gym and lobby. Staff wears masks and coaches wear additional PPE at all times. We check temperatures and ask each member upon entering the studio if they have experienced symptoms or have had exposure in the last 14 days. We clean and sanitize the lobby and bathrooms after each class begins as well as deep sanitize the studio after each class ends. We’re talking a sanitation about 20 times a day! In addition, each member sanitizes their equipment immediately following use.
