The season may be over for Nebraska volleyball but the honors continue.
Three Huskers were named All-Americans from the AVCA Wednesday. Lauren Stivrins earned first-team, Nicklin Hames earned second-team, and Lexi Sun earned third-team. Madi Kubik was named honorable mention.
This is the third All-America honor for Stivirns, while Sun and Hames earned their second and first such honors, respectively.
This is the second season Kubik has been named honorable mention.
The three All-America honors extend Nebraska’s nation leading total to 95 all-time, from an also nation-leading 47 players. This is the sixth year in a row that the Huskers have had multiple All-Americans.
